Program Manager
Stephanie is a Toronto-based arts manager. Over the last 16 years she has worked at several prominent arts organizations and heritage institutions developing and implementing strategic projects and programs for a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders. Stephanie joined the Work in Culture team in 2015 and has since worked on numerous initiatives to support the career advancement of artists and arts workers throughout Ontario and beyond. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University and a Project Management Diploma from Humber College. Stephanie has exhibited as a visual and craft artist and has served as a Council Member for Fly By Night Theatre Company and Production Assistant for Kaeja d’Dance. She currently sits on the board of Art Starts Toronto and has served on several committees and working groups in support of advancing the cultural workforce including Ontario Nonprofit Network's Decent Work Committee, Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council's Professional Immigrant Network, and Cultural Human Resources Council's Cross Sector Recovery Roundtables Project as the Multi-disciplinary Arts Service Organizations representative. Stephanie is thrilled to be part of the Toronto Arts Council’s 2024 Leaders Lab Cohort.
